The original dial has been previously expertly custom refinished in wine or oxblood. The gilt printing could pass as Cartier factory done to the naked eye. Note that it appears much brighter under the photography lights than it does in person. Also, what appears to be a dark spot at 3 & 4 is just the reflection of the camera.
The original bezel has previously been aftermarket set by a jeweler with brilliant sparkling diamonds that are white and eye clean.
It is fully Cartier and presents as gorgeous condition.
